I experienced the orginal 'blue screen of death' twice (once each on two different computers) and the AppleCare Technicians were able to solve the problem. No more experiences since that time (summer of '01 and winter of '02). I have been using microcomputers since '84: Mac OS 1-7 & 10, Windows '95, '98, and XP (in my lab). I think OSX is the nicest interface, overall. However, there is still room for improvement.
